Requirements
- Current Active RBT certification
- At least 1 year of ABA experience.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week
Nice To Haves
- Actively in, pursuing or planning to pursue a Masters degree in ABA (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and center-based setting
- Mentor and support RBTs, modeling best practices and assisting with training/supervision
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs on treatment planning, assessments, and parent training
- Assist with client programming, data analysis, and material development
- Lead small group activities and provide session coverage when needed
- Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication with families and staff
