Willow ABA is hiring a Lead RBT who is in a master's program and actively working towards the BCBA credential. We will provide fieldwork hours and guidance on your journey of becoming a BCBA! How we invest in our staff: We provide leadership opportunities to train new RBTs We provide ~10 hours admin time for restricted hours per week Lead RBTs get hands-on experience with a wide variety of client skills and behaviors to prepare them to be the best BCBA they can be! We provide frequent monthly supervision in which our BCBAs provide feedback and training on treatment protocols and individualized programming. Our goal is to help Children reach their fullest potential and we know that means our employees must be able reach for theirs as well.
