Requirements

  • Possess a doctoral degree with a vision for future-forward psychological practices.
  • Maintain 'full' current licensure, embodying professional excellence.
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued, enhancing communication and care.
  • At least five (5) years of progressive experience in the healthcare field, with two (2) years in testing innovation.
  • Experience with accreditation processes through national recognized entities, emphasizing quality assurance.
  • Exhibit cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations, vital for community impact.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written, and possess robust organizational abilities.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check, ensuring a safe and trusted healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and deliver impactful written reports.
  • Adhere to cutting-edge clinical practice policies and join dynamic case conference meetings to enhance treatment plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with primary care, psychiatry, and social work to orchestrate a holistic treatment approach.
  • Engage in professional development through futuristic trainings and workshops.
  • Expertly assess conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), cognitive evaluations, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in diverse populations.
  • Administer psychological testing for both children and adults using state-of-the-art methodologies.
  • Provide innovative therapy and treatments tailored to mental health diagnoses.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team conferences, championing a safe and inclusive environment for all.
