About The Position

Trusted Results Therapy Group is seeking a licensed and experienced Contract Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist (LPES) to conduct comprehensive in-person psychological and psycho-educational evaluations at our Mount Pleasant, SC location. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible volume ranging from part-time to full-time engagement depending on referral capacity and contractor availability. Role Focus: This is an assessment-only contract role. The Contract LPES does not carry a therapy caseload. Work is limited to administering, scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psycho-educational and psychological evaluations. No ongoing client relationships or therapy responsibilities are expected. This role is structured for LPES providers who want consistent, in-person assessment referrals with strong administrative support and full clinical autonomy over their evaluation work. Contractors in this role maintain full clinical autonomy over their evaluation process while benefiting from consistent referral volume, dedicated testing space, administrative intake support, and an interdisciplinary practice environment. Compensation is structured on a per-completed-evaluation basis, providing predictable earnings tied directly to assessment output.

Requirements

  • Current Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist (LPES) license in South Carolina
  • Graduate degree in Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated experience administering and interpreting psycho-educational and psychological assessments
  • Proficiency with standard assessment instruments including WISC-V, WAIS, WIAT, Woodcock-Johnson, Vineland, ADOS-2, BASC, and Conners
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to produce clear, actionable evaluation reports
  • Ability to work independently and manage assessment workflow within a group practice setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting autism spectrum evaluations and differential diagnosis
  • Experience across the lifespan including children, adolescents, and adults
  • Familiarity with EHR platforms and digital documentation workflows
  • Experience in a high-referral or multi-clinician practice environment

Responsibilities

  • Administer, score, and interpret psycho-educational and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults
  • Conduct comprehensive cognitive, academic, autism, and diagnostic evaluations in a professional and trauma-informed manner
  • Prepare thorough, clearly written evaluation reports including diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations, completed within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation in TRTG's electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Collaborate with TRTG clinicians, psychiatry staff, and external providers as clinically indicated
  • Adhere to professional standards, SC licensure requirements, and TRTG documentation protocols
