About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor interested in a structured, remote position with predictable daytime hours. In this role, you will concentrate on direct client care, from intake through discharge. Your day-to-day work will include telehealth sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and close coordination with a supportive clinical team.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
Active Texas LPC license (or LPC-eligible with clear timeline for full licensure).
Minimum of 1–2 years of post-master’s clinical experience, preferably in outpatient mental health.
Experience providing therapy via telehealth or strong interest in virtual care.
Comfortable working with diverse populations and a range of clinical presentations.
Strong clinical documentation, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling via secure video for adults and/or adolescents.
Lead clinically focused sessions that integrate skills-building, symptom management, and practical problem-solving.
Conduct routine re-assessments and update treatment plans as client needs change.
Document all services and communications in the EHR according to policy and timelines.
Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations as needed.
Support quality improvement efforts by following practice guidelines and offering feedback.
Maintain awareness of relevant regulations, ethics, and licensing requirements.
