About The Position
Support New Jersey clients through video-based therapy. You’ll complete assessments, guide treatment, and keep documentation clean and timely with a clear weekly structure.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Clinical experience preferred
- Strong writing skills for documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic notes
- Develop practical treatment plans with trackable goals
- Maintain EMR documentation and follow compliance standards
- Participate in case consults and clinical check-ins
- Support team quality initiatives when assigned (reviews, coaching, case feedback)
