About The Position
We are hiring an LPC to deliver virtual counseling services to clients seeking support for mental health and life-related challenges. This position involves conducting assessments, guiding treatment, documenting care, and helping clients make practical progress through regular therapy sessions. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active Missouri LPC license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical counseling experience preferred
- Experience with telehealth or outpatient mental health services is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually for ongoing counseling appointments
- Perform intake assessments and identify immediate treatment needs
- Develop treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide therapy for issues including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and trauma-related concerns
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely session documentation
- Review client progress and update goals throughout treatment
