About The Position
We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured, evidence-based therapy through a fully remote platform. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your day-to-day work will involve assessing client needs, building treatment plans, and guiding clients through measurable progress—all within a consistent weekday schedule.
Requirements
- Active LPC license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing individual therapy
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
Nice To Haves
- telehealth experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms
- Perform initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Collaborate with clinical teams when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
