About The Position
As an LPC in our virtual care model, you provide structured therapy to clients across Texas. Your daily work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and consistent follow-through to help clients manage mental health challenges in a practical and goal-driven way. Requirements
- Active Texas LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
- Comfortable working fully remote
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms
- Complete clinical assessments and ongoing treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Coordinate care with internal clinical teams
