You’ll manage an ongoing caseload, build practical treatment plans, and support real progress over time. The work is steady, focused, and built for clinicians who prefer depth over volume.

Requirements

• Active Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Comfortable working in a remote setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Create, update, and follow treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
• Follow Texas LPC and telehealth guidelines
