Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active LPC license in Wyoming
- Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
Responsibilities
- Provide remote counseling services using a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct initial assessments and review client history
- Create and manage individualized treatment plans
- Lead ongoing therapy sessions and support client progress
- Complete documentation in line with internal and regulatory standards
- Recognize changes in client condition and respond appropriately
- Collaborate with other professionals when care coordination is needed
