Requirements

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations
• Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients in a remote care setting
• Conduct intake sessions and ongoing clinical assessments
• Establish treatment goals and track client progress
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical notes
• Offer therapeutic support using appropriate counseling methods
• Address client concerns with professionalism and sound clinical judgment
• Recognize crisis indicators and follow response procedures
