About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy in an integrated medical setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy structured, evidence-based work and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Active California LPCC license (APCC accepted; supervision provided)
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
- DSM-5 knowledge and comfort using evidence-based care models
- Basic Microsoft Office and EMR proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Integrated or community health experience
- Trauma-informed care training
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide brief therapy interventions
- Deliver evidence-based treatment (CBT, behavioral activation, PST)
- Screen for behavioral health needs, trauma, and substance use concerns
- Provide psychoeducation and facilitate groups as assigned
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation within the EMR
- Collaborate with care teams through meetings and case consultations
