About The Position
We’re seeking an LPCC who enjoys focused, time-limited therapy and working closely with medical teams. You’ll provide brief interventions for adults and support a streamlined behavioral health experience within primary care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Active CA LPCC license (APCC accepted; supervision provided)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- DSM-5 knowledge and evidence-based intervention experience
- EMR familiarity and basic computer proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Integrated/community health background
- Trauma-informed training
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy for adults
- Conduct screenings for behavioral health, trauma, and substance use concerns
- Collaborate with providers on integrated treatment plans
- Provide psychoeducation and facilitate groups as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Participate in care coordination and clinical meetings
