About The Position

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A THERAPIST WHO STICKS. Not “sticks around until something better comes along.” Not “sticks until things get hard.” Not “sticks while quietly interviewing elsewhere.” We mean sticks. You’re building a career—not collecting jobs. Licensed or Pre-Licensed? Both are welcome. Pre-Licensed clinicians must be willing to commit to: • Two years of supervision • One additional year post-licensure Why? Because we invest heavily in our clinicians. We train. We mentor.
