About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 in-home care in Noblesville and surrounding Indiana communities. This role offers the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with clients of all ages and acuity levels, providing personalized, high-quality care. Nurses will receive 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and weekly pay. BAYADA emphasizes work-life balance with flexible scheduling and short commute times to local clients. Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled 1:1 in-home care to clients
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients
• Work at a pace that allows you to truly focus on your client
• Support clients in the home
• Deliver personalized, high-quality care

Benefits

• $26–$30/hour in Indiana
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month)
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts
