Now hiring LPNs for the overnight shift (7p-7a)- 2 nights a week. Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client Provide patient education in individual and group settings Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is a 40 - bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Requirements

Minimum one year diploma program post - high school
Current LPN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles
