Requirements
- Previous LPN experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive patient environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
