We provide intensive nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for adults recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, brain or spinal cord injuries, and other debilitating illnesses. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program
- Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN
- BLS/CPR certification required
Nice To Haves
- IV Certification preferred or obtained within 6 months
- Minimum 6 months of acute care or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assists with patient assessments and contributes to care planning
- Administers treatments and medications according to scope of practice
- Supports interdisciplinary care interventions focused on rehabilitation progress
- Documents patient information accurately and in a timely manner
- Provides care appropriate to the age and condition of the patient
- Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient advocacy
