More about our team Our 61,000-square-foot rehabilitation hospital includes 40 private patient rooms, a designated brain injury and stroke recovery unit, a large therapy suite, and advanced rehabilitation technology. We provide intensive nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for adults recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, brain or spinal cord injuries, and other debilitating illnesses.   • Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Assists with patient assessments and contributes to care planning
  • Administers treatments and medications according to scope of practice
  • Supports interdisciplinary care interventions focused on rehabilitation progress
  • Documents patient information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provides care appropriate to the age and condition of the patient
  • Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient advocacy
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program
  • Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Minimum 6 months of acute care or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
  • IV Certification preferred or obtained within 6 months
