About The Position

LPN - Grand Rapids Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Available! Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses Bonus (LPNs): $5,500 Location: 1950 32nd St. SE. Grand Rapids, MI. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at our Grand Rapids location. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Provide patient education and support
• Document patient care in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
