About The Position

Sisters of the Humility of Mary is seeking a dedicated, kind, caring, and driven full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join their Villa Maria, PA nonprofit. This role is based at a 32-bed private care facility located in a quiet, serene campus near Hubbard, Coitsville, Struthers, and the Youngstown area. The LPN will make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents by providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and delivering exceptional daily care to enhance their quality of life. The role involves documenting patient information, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to standards, and assisting wherever needed on the unit. Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience
• Current Pennsylvania practical nursing license in good standing
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Computer proficiency
• Willingness to complete DHS Direct Care Training during your orientation period

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Develop individualized care plans

• Float throughout the unit and assist wherever needed
