About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 14-week contract in Bennington VT. The LPN will provide quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring patient safety and comfort in a professional healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (State of VT or Compact License).
- BLS certification (current).
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, record, and report patient conditions to the nursing team.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Support patients with daily care needs and promote a safe environment.
