Founded in Brockton, MA in 1975, BAMSI is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to "bringing people and services together." Over the years, BAMSI has become a trusted organization working with children, families, individuals, and seniors to enrich their lives, impacting more than 50,000 individuals annually. BAMSI’s mission is to meet each person where they are so they can learn, grow, and thrive, with a commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Accessibility, creating a holistic system of care, and abolishing stigmas surrounding mental illness, disability, and addiction. Joining BAMSI's nursing team means becoming part of a group of dedicated caregivers, including both RNs and LPNs, who are passionate about improving lives through hands-on, personalized direct care that challenges critical thinking, analytical abilities, and supports wellness. As a Nurse, you will be an essential part of community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury, and/or mental illness. These homes house 3-8 individuals, offering an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with those you care for and their families.
