Requirements
- Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Experience in healthcare settings is appreciated, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, caring demeanor.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative care environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver essential nursing care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care.
- Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety every step of the way.
- Collaborate closely with RNs and healthcare professionals to implement and update patient care plans effectively.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation to uphold high standards of care.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and safe healthcare environment that puts patients first.
