Mileage Reimbursement What you’ll do as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN: As a Home Health LPN, a vital part of the patient's care team is provided by the employee, offering skilled nursing care and support. This includes tasks such as: Monitoring vital signs Assisting with wound care and personal care Educating patients and families Maintaining medical records Collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Also, provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients. Who you are as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN: A minimum of one year of LPN experience (Hospice experience is preferred but not required). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to provide comfort and support during end-of-life situations
