Requirements

  • Active Maryland LPN license

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
  • Deliver nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team
  • Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and resident responses
  • Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs/GNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Demonstrate a kind, patient, and empathetic approach in all resident interactions
  • Support resident comfort, dignity, and overall well-being
