About The Position

This position involves private duty skilled nursing, which means working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with one client for the entire shift, typically with local clients nearby to ensure short commutes. Nurses will care for clients with common diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and those recovering from surgery. BAYADA supports its nurses' success by providing preventive care for all employees, 24/7 managerial support and a compliance hotline, a one-to-one client care model, weekly paychecks, and flexible schedules.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• SER-ENC-RX

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in hospitals, long-term care, or schools, demonstrating transferable skills for one-to-one home care

Responsibilities
