Requirements
- Active and valid LPN license
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents’ needs.
- Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.
- Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
- Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.
