About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides holistic healthcare and education to clients in order to promote physical and mental health and well-being. The LPN works in collaboration with other clinical and non-clinical staff to provide appropriate clinical interventions and treatment. The LPN will, under the supervision of an RN, provide nursing care to clients as outlined in section 2 of the "Practical Nurse Law."

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Graduate of Accredited School of Practical Nursing and current Commonwealth of Pennsylvania PN License required.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• The candidate must pass the criminal record history clearance and a child abuse clearance as well as possess a valid driver's license.
• SCM certification, observer status required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Must be able to work OT if necessary.

Nice To Haves

• SCM Level 1 or 2, strongly preferred.
