About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse, you oversee clinical care delivery and guide the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license
- Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience (senior care preferred)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage care plans
- Supervise CNAs and medication staff
- Monitor residents’ health and respond to medical needs
- Ensure compliance and proper documentation
- Communicate with families and providers
