Mosaic is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool to join our team! In this role, you will assist people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in achieving their best possible health. This may include advocacy with healthcare providers, administering medications and/or injections, observing and monitoring each persons health status and communication with support team on any changes. Requirements
- State license required in nursing in good standing, AAN or BSN preferred
- A minimum of 1 year general nursing experience is required.
- Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing support and consultation with the state's Nurse Practice Act and physician orders.
- Ensure individuals receive routine and preventative health services and medication administration is completed accurately according to regulations.
- Provide health related education to those served and those who serve in the agency.
- Maintain and review electronic healthcare records to monitor pertinent health status, provide accurate and through documentation and update agency leaders as needed
- Build effective relationships with colleagues, persons served and their providers and families/guardians.
