BAYADA offers a paid, ANCC-accredited Nurse Residency Program for new graduates in home care, focusing on quality client care. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA ensures new nurses are comfortable and confident through dedicated Clinical Managers. The role involves caring for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, providing opportunities to explore various passions. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing

- One on one patient care
- Electronic charting using Statewise
