We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)'s for: Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) for (3) 12.5 hour shifts (6:00AM-6:30PM) Part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for (5) 4 hour shifts (6:00PM-10:00PM) Monday through Friday! Part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for (2) 4 hour shifts (6:00PM-10:00PM) Every Saturday and Sunday!

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing

Responsibilities

Medication administration following all applicable policies and rules
Timely and accurate documentation
Communication of significant resident changes to the physician and supervises/monitors the care provided by CNAs on the unit.
Follows up on appropriate paperwork and orders
Communicates proactively and professionally with residents and families keeping them aware of changes in resident’s condition, incidents, and problem resolution
