About The Position
Wilber Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time evening position with a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends . This role is ideal for an LPN looking for predictability, strong staffing support, and work-life balance. Schedule 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Monday – Thursday No rotating shifts No weekends Opportunity to add 4–6 flexible hours per week (administrative or support duties) to reach 36–40 hours , scheduled at times that work best for you. Requirements
- Current Nebraska LPN license in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents and report condition changes appropriately
- Support and supervise CNAs and CMAs during the shift
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
