About The Position

Heritage Hall is currently seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse for Nights at our Wise, VA facility! Job Description The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for participating in the direct care of residents as well as supervising all non-professional personnel in the Nursing Department at our 97 bed facility. They administer, stock, and dispose of medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures. The LPN ensures that the CNA’s are properly administering services and that there is adequate CNA coverage on each shift. Requirements

  • Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
