About The Position
Heritage Hall is currently seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse for Nights at our Wise, VA facility! Job Description The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for participating in the direct care of residents as well as supervising all non-professional personnel in the Nursing Department at our 97 bed facility. They administer, stock, and dispose of medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures. The LPN ensures that the CNA’s are properly administering services and that there is adequate CNA coverage on each shift. Part-Time: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am with every other weekend required Position Requirements Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program Must have active LPN license in the state of Virginia Experience in long-term care preferred About Heritage Hall at Wise Heritage Hall Wise is located in the beautiful mountains of southwest Virginia and provides excellent medical and nursing care in a family oriented environment. Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Part-Time: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am with every other weekend required
