About The Position
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be joining a team of nursing professionals dedicated to providing excellent clinical care. Some have been with us for a long time and can mentor others. You will help patients reach their clinical goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Our Floor Nurses are among the best & they would love to have you join them. Our population is about 50% skilled and 50% behavioral health – giving you an opportunity to work with a variety patients and expand your knowledge, all in one center. Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in IL
- Electronic medical records experience is necessary (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
Nice To Haves
- Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is helpful
- Experience with the behavioral health population is helpful, but not required
