Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and carry out care plans for residents.
• Supervise and assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Monitor residents' health and safety, including falls and skin care programs.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily medical needs.
• Complete and update resident evaluations and documentation.
• Support overall care goals and perform other duties as needed.
