About The Position

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our Assisted Living Community. This position is for the second shift (evenings) and offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure the comfort and safety of residents.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
