Requirements
- Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work one day shift and one evening shift per week
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure residents’ comfort and safety
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care
