Spring Arbor Senior Living is hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Assisted Living residents on a PRN (as-needed) basis across all shifts. Why Join Spring Arbor? As a Wellness Nurse (LPN), you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates and other designated personnel in meeting the residents needs and monitor the condition of residents in AL. Demonstrate good decision-making skills.
- Make work assignments and meet with associates regularly to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of care and services.
- Provide resident care according to health care providers orders and in accordance with regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and Company policy.
- Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of resident care, respond to changes in resident condition, medications, or other circumstances requiring special care needs and perform first aid as required.
