Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience is a bonus!)
- Active NYS LPN license and current BLS certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
- Meet current PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray requirements
- Up to date on MMR immunizations
- Valid driver’s license is preferred
