Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
Senior Helpers of Warrenton is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support client visits, assist with care plan oversight, and provide guidance to caregivers and families in a non-medical home care setting. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and detail-oriented, committed to improving the quality of life for our senior clients through attentive care and support. Requirements
- Valid LPN license
- Experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate approach to client care

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled client visits
- Assist with client assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Support implementation and updates of care plans
- Provide education and guidance to family caregivers
- Communicate client status changes to clinical leadership
- Support CNA caregivers through observation and feedback
