Requirements
- Active PA LPN License
- CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Clear criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric nursing experience (not required — we'll train you!)
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress , promptly reporting changes to the RN or physician.
- Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for every child in your care.
