What You'll Do: Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver exceptional care. Coordinate and administer medications, adhering to the 5 rights of medication administration. Be a compassionate companion to our residents, providing comfort and support. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of our resident care areas. Requirements
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state
- At least six (6) months as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility
