Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wyoming
- Minimum of two professional references from the past three years
- Willingness to travel or relocate for assignment duration
- Ability to work flexible, as-needed schedules
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Nursing (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and provide direct nursing care to residents
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and facility committees
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and state regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
