Requirements
- Training and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered and undisciplined) either in Arkansas or Multi state
- High School Diploma
- Pass criminal Background check
- Available to train for two full weeks M-F 8-5, after 2 weeks position moves to part- time.
Responsibilities
- Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care.
- Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies.
- Perform venipuncture and Phlebotomy.
- Administer IM injections.
- Take vitals and perform related supervised functions.
- Assist with electro cardiograms.
- Maintain lab equipment, documentation of all lab results and quality control
- Weekly inventory and ordering
- Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory.
