The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures within the assisted living wing of the facility.
Requirements
- at least 1 year experience in assisted living facility
- Indiana LPN (Required)
Responsibilities
- Overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures within the assisted living wing of our facility.
- Administering medications and treatments
- Assisting with care plans as needed
- Overseeing Nursing Assistants
- Demonstrating excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication, and teamwork
