Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in healthcare or long-term care
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
- Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individualized care plans
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized care
