Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related setting.
- A heart for serving older adults with dignity and compassion.
- Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- A genuine desire to grow in a supportive, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care consistent with physicians’ orders and individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
- Monitor residents’ health, ensuring timely communication of changes.
- Keep detailed, accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote holistic well-being.
- Support safety and infection control protocols with care and attention.
