Requirements

  • Current LPN license in the state of Virginia.
  • 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related setting.
  • A heart for serving older adults with dignity and compassion.
  • Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine desire to grow in a supportive, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care consistent with physicians’ orders and individual care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
  • Monitor residents’ health, ensuring timely communication of changes.
  • Keep detailed, accurate clinical records.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote holistic well-being.
  • Support safety and infection control protocols with care and attention.
